An open access journal called HR Connect is published by the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Mangaluru Chapter to serve the needs of scholars, researchers, students, and management practitioners. The 2024 founded journal will publish theoretical and empirical research articles in a variety of management-related subjects, such as multidisciplinary projects, inter-functional work, and functional domains of management. A case study or several book reviews are also included in each issue of the Journal.
The journal is seeking factual pieces with real data or a theoretical model supported by evidence from scholars, academics, and management professionals. We are seeking authors to produce in-depth research articles (up to 3000 words) that address every facet of business and management education. The papers on HR Connect are selected using a peer-reviewed; "double-blind" review process. All submitted manuscripts are quickly reviewed at the editing desk, and those that are accepted for publication are sent to the advisory board.
